I am now officially the baker of fine cookies, and super duper red velvet cake - yes you heard right.
As from today I am going to be taking orders for cupcakes and have been commissioned to bake my famous red velvet creation for one of the finer Johannesburg establishments in the Northern Suburbs.
This is one of the loves of my life (I am talking about baking, man)!!!!
Not only am I a happy copy writer, but am able to fulfil my other love which is baking wonderful and delectable things.
I have always enjoyed the creativity that cup cakes offer and now I have found a new love which is the delicious Red Velvet Cake which I proudly decorate with fresh flowers every time.
At first I found the icing rather challenging, but these days the icing is my new found love, too.

p.s. cakes are definitely there for the creative juices to get flowing; red velvet cup cakes decorated with little hearts, red velvet large cakes decorated with fresh flowers or strawberries or my delectable and delicious chocolate cup cakes decorated in pinks and adorned with butterflies.
